30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kelsongear.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
If the issue is approved, Kelson Gear may offer a replacement, store credit or refund at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse or neglect
- Cosmetic wear, scratches, scuffs or coating marks
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Damage caused by improper storage or cleaning
- Damage caused by excessive or unintended use
- Weight blocks, including cosmetic wear or damage to weight blocks
- Used items not in original condition

Warranty Coverage
At Kelson Gear, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing a positive and reliable customer experience
All Kelson Gear weight vests are covered against manufacturing defects under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Warranty Benefits
During the warranty period, Kelson Gear will at its sole discretion, replace any defective weight vest or parts without charge.
This includes:
- Stitching and structural faults
- Strap or fastening defects
- Hardware and buckle defects
- Manufacturing-related issues affecting normal use
If a defect is confirmed, Kelson Gear may, at its discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace the component
- Replace the vest
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kelson Gear shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages that arise out of the use or inability to use the weight vest.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Kelson Gear weight vests. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in good condition and returned with all original packaging and components.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Kelson Gear reserves the right to deny warranty claims where damage is determined to be caused by misuse, excessive wear or unauthorised modifications.
